I recently rekindled my love for LFN – and the Nikita/Michael pairing – while watching re-runs on A&E. I simply love their relationship and its dynamic. It’s so enjoyable to watch how they slowly let themselves fall deeply in love with one another. Well, slowly for Michael, I guess, ‘cause Nikita fell pretty quickly. Anyhow, it’s interesting to see how she was all head over heels for him in the beginning, and he was all detached and blasé towards her, but time went by and he let go of his reservations/fears. Nikita matured and became more of an equal, and by the end I would even say she got the upper hand in the relationship. Nice, really nice… I just wish they had a happier ending, but at least Dupuis came back for the show’s wrap. Plus, those two are the epitome of hot tv couple. Dear God, they had amazing chemistry!
